Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

Отличная квартира, фото полностью соответствует реальности! Заселение и выселение прошло отлично, квартира была очень чистой. Рядом все необходимое, магазины, рестораны, пляж в пешей доступности. Много полотенец, присутствовали также капсулы для посудомойки и средства для стирки, стиральная и сушильная машина очень пригодились! Если вы едите семьей лучше апартаментов во всем Батуми вам не найти, это лучшее предложение! Небольшой минус - стройка! Все честно показано на фото и это не было неожиданностью, к сожалению стройка длиться круглосуточно и тонкие стеклопакеты не спасают даже ночью. Также присутствовал запах канализации в маленькой ванне, но это к сожалению распространено в Батуми, вряд ли с этим можно что то сделать. Не смотря на эти небольшие недостатки я все равно выбрала бы эту квартиру снова! Советую!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.
