Una maravilla de alojamiento, limpio, muy cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, con una terraza privada y maravillosas vistas al Peñón enmarcado entre el verde de los pinos y el azul del mar. Muy cerca tiene 3 calas a las que se puede ir andando con aguas cristalinas. Isaac muy pendiente de aclararnos las dudas. Muy recomendable. Deseando volver.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment in Finestrat. Das Apartment hat einen besonderen Charme und ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind auf mehreren Etagen verteilt, weshalb man relativ viel Treppen steigt, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, es hat das Apartment eher besonders gemacht. Unser Lieblingsort war die Dachterrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen in der Sonne ausgiebig gefrühstückt haben. ☀️ Der Ort ist genau, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten: ruhig, ursprünglich und wenig touristisch. Viele schöne alte Häuser, verwinkelte kleine Straßen. Es gibt eine Bäckerei im Ort, von der wir die Pistazien Croissants geliebt haben. Wir haben von Finestrat aus mehrere Ausflüge gemacht, zum Beispiel nach Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill und Villajoysa. Wir würden in jedem Fall empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Der Kontakt mit den Hosts war unkompliziert und nett. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, haben schnell geantwortet.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Ons 2e keer verblijf bij pepe was weer uitstekend. We hebben erg genoten de plek is perfect. Alles is heel schoon en netjes. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. De 2e dag ging de fohn kapot en dit werd de zelfde dag nog netjes opgelost we kregen meteen een nieuwe fohn. Er stonden bij aankomst 2 koude biertjes klaar wat ook erg fijn was want kwamen om 1:30 snachts aan. Pepe en meerdere, Ontzettend bedankt weer.

Apartamento muy limpio y tal y como se describe en las fotos. Ubicación perfecta si lo que se busca es tranquilidad fuera del bullicio de Benidorm. Las instalaciones de la urbanización sobre todo la piscina increíble y sin aglomeraciones. Ignace muy atento y receptivo a resolver cualquier problema que pudiera surgir.

Die Unterkunft hat einen traumhaften Ausblick über Benidorm und das Meer, insbesondere die Sonnenaufgänge waren besonders schön anzusehen. Das Bett war bequem. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Küche habe ich nicht wirklich verwendet, aber definitiv ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief stets reibungslos ab, es wurde immer schnell reagiert und geholfen. Die traumhafte Unterkunft übertraf meinen Erwartungen, sehr empfehlenswert!

Un absoluto placer tanto el lugar como el anfitrión, siempre súper pendiente de nosotros. Ver el mar mientras cocinas o dormir escuchando el mar es el sueño que tenemos cada vacaciones y aquí lo conseguimos. Además, poder llevar a nuestro perrete es un súper plus. Gracias por dejarnos disfrutar de unas vacaciones con toda la familia! Un auténtico placer, volveremos! :)

Had a great time beautiful apartment and really close to the beach

Muy bonito el apartamento, tal y como aparece en las fotos, el ambiente muy tranquilo, muy cerquita de la playa y a tan sólo 10 minutos en coche de benidorm, sin duda volvería otra vez. Y por ultimo quiero destacar la muy buena atención de parte del anfitrión, muchas gracias por todo!

Upea pieni paikkakunta. Asunto oli loistava, riittävästi tilaa laukkujen kanssa. Vastasi täysin kuvia ja ilmoitusta. Hiljaista öisin, naapureita ei juuri kuullut eikä näkynyt. Etukäteen oli kerrottu, ettei ruokakauppoja lähellä ole, niin osasi varautua siihenkin. Keittiössä tarvittavat kodinkoneet, myös pyykinpesukone. Kuivausteline parvekkeella hieman pieni.

Na aankomst op het vliegveld en de huurauto opgehaald te hebben en onze aankomst tijd en het kenteken (zodat de bewaking aan de poort ons verwachte en door konden rijden) doorgeven te hebben aan ons contact persoon Patrick werden we erg vriendelijk opgevangen door Patrick. Hij gaf een prima uitleg over het appartement, parkeerplek in de garage en het gehele complex. Parkeren in de garage kan als uitdaging worden gezien, de parkeerplekken zijn krap maar is te doen, anders is er buiten voor het appartement genoeg plek. Het appartement is voorzien van genoeg luxe. De keuken is compleet, bedden zijn top, terras is erg groot en voorzien van 2 ligbedden, wij waren met 3 en hebben zelf een strandstoeltje erbij aangeschaft. Het gehele complex is vrij rustig. Contact persoon Patrick was goed bereikbaar en reageert snel bij vragen. Kortom we hebben genoten.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermé , Carmen a été réactive très gentille. L’appartement est magnifique propre et Très bien située. C’est un coup de cœur pour nous. Merci Carmen pour ce fabuleux Airbnb.

This was my first Air BNB holiday but certainly will not be my last, the host (Luis) was always very prompt to respond with any questions i had from prior to booking through to checking out, we were a party of five (3 adults & 2 children) and the apartment is very spacious and did not feel over crowded, The location could not be better situated with the beach only 50mts away and a nice evening walk into the old town is well within walking distance. Laura who provided us with the keys and met with us on the day of departure could not have been more helpful either, we didn't arrive until 2am but Laura was there waiting to show us around the apartment prior to leaving us to enjoy our holiday. Lovely apartment. Very happy with Ruth. She is responsive and really helpful. Great location to everything you need. Great amenities. Very reasonable price. Only comment we have is it smelt of strong cigarette smoke. With windows open it did air out a bit. All round we were happy and would definitely return to this accommodation.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El parking es muy amplio y de facil acceso. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy fresquito y tranquilo. Puedes ir a la playa caminando y tienes comercios cerca para comprar. La ubicación que aporta la aplicación esta equivocada y te envia a Benidorm. Recomiendo pedirle al anfitrión la ubicación para no perderse. Gracias por todo.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!
