The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Charming old house in the beautiful town of Finestrat. Great location, stunning views all around. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Comfortable bed, excellent internet connection, all the necessary amenities. We had no parking issues, there was room in the nearest lot. It's a short (but steep) walk to the house from there. The house itself has multiple levels so you'll be going up and down stairs quite a bit. Probably not ideal for people with mobility issues, but we really enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

We were a group of 9. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. The host-s arranged for food and drinks to be at the villa upon our arrival. Communication was excellent before and after. We had a great time. You will need your own car or taxis but once you have a taxi number (the host/s provided this) it was quick and cheap. We had a fantastic time. Thank you

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

The accommodation is very complete,you have to do everything from rest to having a few games to the villar,like to hit a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and the cleanliness is 10.The beds are very comfortable we will repeat in other times everything perfect.

Great Apartment for two. Air conditioning which was really appreciated with the 30C plus outside temperature. Good restaurants minutes walk away for an evening meal after exploring the surrounding area. We used the busses which are excellent value with a Bono card and the bus stop is almost opposite the apartment.

The apartment is located in a very quiet new development. The apartment is beautiful, Cesar has taken care of all the details to make it super cozy, with tasteful decor that makes you feel at home. It also smells great!!! Very comfortable beds, the A/C works perfectly. It has a perfect terrace for breakfast/lunch/dinner and the solarium upstairs is IDEAL for dinner or spending any time sunbathing, eating or dining, a chill area equally well equipped to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the views. The pool in the residential complex is very nice. Thank you Cesar for taking such good care of your home.

Very nice apartment, as shown in the photos, the atmosphere is very quiet, very close to the beach and only 10 minutes by car from Benidorm, I would definitely come back again. And finally, I want to highlight the very good service from the host, thank you very much for everything!

Fantastic modern apartment. Spotlessly clean. We absolutely loved the terrace, view and pool. There is some construction in the area but it wasn't intrusive whilst we were there. I would recommend a car to get around. We had a problem with the air con but the company were very responsive and helpful, sending someone round straight away to sort it out.

We had a wonderful 6 days in this incredible apartment! Perfect location to explore Alicante, particularly as there’s a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a beach to pop to for a morning dip! The apartment is even lovelier than in the photos and we loved spending time there (and in the hot tub on the roof terrace) looking out at the beautiful sea and mountain view.s. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Thank you so much.

After arriving at the airport and picking up the rental car and having our arrival time and the license plate number (so that the guard at the gate expected us and could continue driving) to our contact person Patrick, we were very kindly taken care of by Patrick. He gave a great explanation about the apartment, parking space in the garage and the entire complex. Parking in the garage can be seen as a challenge, the parking spaces are tight but can be done, otherwise there is plenty of space outside in front of the apartment. The apartment has enough luxury. The kitchen is complete, beds are top, terrace is very large and equipped with 2 sunbeds, we were 3 and bought a beach chair ourselves. The entire complex is quite quiet. Contact person Patrick was easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. In short, we enjoyed it.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or going to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away by car. Had a great vacation with our two kids!

Lovely apartment. Very happy with Ruth. She is responsive and really helpful. Great location to everything you need. Great amenities. Very reasonable price. Only comment we have is it smelt of strong cigarette smoke. With windows open it did air out a bit. All round we were happy and would definitely return to this accommodation.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easy to access. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to shop. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

We really enjoyed our first stay at Danny's apartment. He was very kind and friendly🥰 And he gave us all the instructions we needed... We also had a great time in the apartment... where he left us many details to make our stay as comfortable as possible... It is also a fairly large room and had everything we needed. Bed linen, towels, hygiene products, kitchen utensils. Even little touches in the refrigerator! We appreciate it.😊 Without a doubt, if the circumstances repeat themselves... We'll be back. Thank you.
