The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood. Spectacular, new construction, 170 Sq meter apartment on the top floor of a two storie villa, not more than 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 100 Sq meter. The living room and the veranda have a very beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing.
