Excellent! Everything was so good that I didn't have to bother Jonh. And when I contacted him because it was the first time I had visited a facility of this type, he answered everything in a minute.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

My family and I had a great time staying at this property for the weekend. We got to make great memories by the pool and were less than 15 mins from Naples beach. Dara was available and responsive during our stay and we can’t wait to come back here next time we’re in Naples. If you’re thinking about booking, think no further!

The outside furniture and pool area are 10 out of 10. It felt like our own private resort.

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

Carla's place was definitely worth the price. The home was meticulously clean and we really appreciated the modern kitchen appliances, which we used daily to cook and clean the dishes. The furniture is very comfortable, although we found the extra mattress topper in the master bedroom making the bed too soft. The master shower is amazing! Kids and I loved the pool and the partial shade throughout the Am morning and evening. Everything was supplied - beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and fully stocked kitchen. Even rice cookers, crock pot and air fryer are available, as well as 3 ways to make coffee ☕. Publix stores and Walmart very close by, Loudermilk park/Beach within an 18- minute drive. Thank you, Carla, this would be a place to come back to if visiting area again.

This was probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was a great stay! The only challenge was the 3rd bedroom now has bunk beds so sleeping for adults presented a challenge but we used an air mattress. But just so others know that room is best suited for children. Beautiful area and so peaceful and quiet!!

No additional words to write as this beautiful villa of Yasmina exceeded all expectations! It’s a 10 star hostel & host, 5 star! Recommend it to any family of maximum comfortably for 7-8 people. Seeing my daughter after 7 years with her husband and kids, was a great satisfaction to host them in this villa, as if I brought them in my own home.

We had a fantastic time at Chris's property in Naples. The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and grilling. My stay was excellent. The house is very conveniently located and the price seemed totally reasonable to me. What really made the difference was the host's service: very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. I felt comfortable and well received from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet experience and to be well cared for.

The house was beautiful, unique, well laid out, and included plenty of amenities and extras. We enjoyed having access to the hot tub. We also appreciated that the house was set apart from the busy nearby cities, but still within reasonable distance of all the activities we wanted to do. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms as well as easy access to a washer and dryer. Overall, we were very happy with the stay!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. I will stay here again when I'm back in the area. The house looked exactly like the photo's and was in excellent condition - furniture, appliances, tv's, the pool & outdoor furniture. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to cook in, go to the beach, or chill at the pool. The location is like 10 minutes from anything (beach, gas, grocery store, etc) yet tucked away on a quiet street giving you privacy and quiet. The host was always responsive when needed. Me and my family were very happy with this house and look forward to coming back.

We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house because we come from out of state; however, our mornings and evenings were so relaxing lounging by the pool, chatting with each other in the open concept living area, and the kitchen table & outdoor patio table was convenient for all of us to enjoy a meal together. The pool was very clean and warm! The back yard (grass area) was A LOT larger than what the pictures portray which we loved for our dog to have space to run! The back yard was very private so we didn’t have to worry about any of the neighbors. Overall, we were very impressed and wish we would have booked for a longer time frame! 10/10 recommend!

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. It was so clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for six adults who enjoyed being together for four days, but also had their own space!! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!!

Wanted to spend the weekend in Naples for a family getaway and this was the perfect place. Well located, clean, has everything you need. Bedrooms are a great size. The outside is a great spot to hang out. Absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again next time I am in town. Highly recommended it!

Sam was an incredible host- proactive, flexible with check-in, and so friendly. He offered to share information about local activities and was very obviously available for any questions or concerns we may have had (we didn’t- the house was wonderful and we had no issues). The pool was unbelievably warm and Sam has extra beach towels, beach chairs, water toys, etc available for use on the patio. The home was also equipped with a lot of those things you forget to pack and don’t want to get gouged on- laundry detergent, soaps, basic kitchen spices, and all the equipment you may need for a beach trip. Super easy access to downtown Naples, restaurants, and stores for groceries/supplies. Overall, we would definitely return to the house and highly recommend our hosts.

Even on the couple of rainy days we had, the hosts went above and beyond by sending thoughtful gifts for our children, which really made the experience extra special. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to any families visiting Naples. Great and beautiful home the perfect place for a retreat.

This place was absolutely amazing! The outdoor area and pool were the highlights — beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like a private resort. The home itself was tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. We were a big group and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with so many essentials, which made the stay super convenient. They even had everything needed for a day at the beach with the whole family. The location was also perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. The pool was a bit cloudy at first, but after we contacted Scoot, the cleaning team was quickly sent out and efficiently resolved the issue. The outdoor space is excellent, with enough room to comfortably park up to four cars, plus one inside the garage. The shower also deserves mention — great water pressure and plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath. As for cleanliness, we felt it could have been a bit more thorough. We found the coffee maker with a used filter, and we had to wash some blankets and sheets due to odors and stains. However, none of this affected our overall experience — we had a wonderful weekend and really enjoyed our stay!
