The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. A beautiful apartment in Goch-Kessel. In the immediate vicinity are the "Haus am See" [Lake House], a SAMsDIVING diving base, the beautiful Graefenthal Abbey, a nature reserve with several lakes and forest. On the Niers you can ride canoe and dinghy. The "GochNess" leisure pool with swimming pool and sauna area with access to the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The apartment is about 50 square meters. There is a living/sleeping area, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.

In the barn of our historic farm from 1489, you sleep in the Wolhalla: a tiny house lined with wool from the Drenthe heath sheep. The bright, open space also has a dining table, lounge sofa, infrared sauna, designer bathtub and cooking area – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Apartment on the Niers

Nothing stands in the way of relaxation in our cozy apartment. In the spacious living room is the sofa bed with extra topper. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. If you like to travel in nature, whether by bike, on foot or even sporty on the Niers, this is the place to be. For a trip with the sup on the Niers, we offer the entrance directly in the garden and if you don't have your own board, you can borrow one from us.

Romantic apartment

In December 2016 we completed our modern holiday home for 2 families. This one is in the attic and is 45m2. House is located in a quiet location surrounded by a lot of nature. The Niers is about 700m away and invites you to hike, cycle and paddle. In the vicinity about 200 m there is a large swimming and natural outdoor pool with a great sauna area.

Uedemer Häuschen

Quiet and centrally located in Uedem. In a few steps to cafes, snacks, banks, supermarkets and the Uedemer Bürgerhaus. Enjoy undisturbed little luxury in Burgwall 10. Public parking is a short distance away. Your bikes can be accommodated in the covered, locked outdoor seating area. Pets are welcome. Flexible check-in with key box possible.

Very nicely located quiet apartment in Bedburg Hau

The apartment ( 80 m2 ) is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with parking right in front of the house, is very quiet and rural. But also so central that you can reach Kleve in a few minutes by train or bus. But there is also a large shopping center in Bedburg Hau. All conditions are easily accessible by foot or by bicycle.
