4 gün kaldık, herşey çok güzeldi. Evin konumu harika, marketler, çarşı, fırın, tekne turları vs heryere yakın. Evdeki eşya ve gereçler ihtiyacı karşılayacak yeterlilikte. Küçük ama çok sevimliydi. Giriş saatimiz biraz geç olduğu için, Gülbeyaz hanımın merak edip, arayıp ilgilenmesi de ayrı bir incelikti. Seneye tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz 🥰

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Ahmet bey girişimizde bizi karşıladı ve kolay bir giriş sağladık. Evin içi eksiksiz ve tertemizdi çok rahat ettik. Havuz olması da bizim için çok iyi oldu ve havuz da çok temizdi. Genel olarak çok iyi bir tatil geçirdik tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yerdi.

Harika bir ev, tasarımıyla konumuyla bayıldık. Büşra hanım da çok anlayışlı biri kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

We have been fortunate to stay in many apartments in Turkey over the past 30 years and this is one of the very best, perhaps the best ever. Superb location to walk around the town or get the bus if you prefer. Restaurants and bars are very handy and the views from the living room balcony and the main bedroom window are just spectacular, lively, interesting and ever changing. The apartment flows really well especially between the kitchen and balcony making it a pleasure to cook at home if you wish, with that fabulous view as you eat. We were greeted by the very friendly host and shown around the apartment. All the kitchen appliances were explained and we felt very comfortable from the start. Totally recommend to anyone who loves Fethiye or fancies giving it a try. It’s beautiful and we’d love to stay again next year.

Murat’s place was in a brilliant location. We were lucky enough to have been there on a public holiday and watched the live music from the balcony. Doors are double glazed so you cannot hear anything once the doors are closed. Great location for lots of lovely Turkish restaurants.

Biz bayramda eşimle birlikte 4 gece konakladık.Bizim beklentimiz huzurlu sakin ve kafamızı dinleyeceğimiz bir yer olduğunu düşünerek ayırtmıştık tam da istediğimiz gibi oldu .Ücretsiz tekne ile kalkan merkeze gitmek de bizim için bir ayrıcalık oldu Kalkan merkeze çok yakın yürüyerek ye ulaşılabilir ama biraz yorucu olduğunu belirtmek isterim.Ayrıca tam yanınımız da Denizim beach olması muhteşem bir ayrıcalık.Her şey çok güzel ve keyifliydi.Özellikle Cihad bey ve Saime hanıma ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz kurban bayramı sebebiyle bize et ve kek ikram etmeleri de çok ince bir hareketti🙏

Hepsinden daha önemlisi manzara harikaydı, Caner bey çok muhteşem bir insan bi alo dememize kalmadan bütün işlerimizi çözen ve çok yardımcı olan bir insan, herkese tavsiye ediyorum kafa dinlemek eğlenmek için muazzam bir yer, fotoğraflardakinden daha güzeldi. Teşekkürler Caner bey ve harika ekibi…

Замечательное место, очень красивые виды. Много ресторанов недалеко, магазины Migros и Macro, Johnny's Cafe Bar за углом. Отличная квартира, соответствует описанию и фотографиям, всё работает. Роскошный второй этаж с большим балконом с хорошим видом, очень комфортные гостиная, кухня, балкон на первом этаже с видом на бассейн и окрестности. Отличный бассейн в паре шагов от номера, приятно провести время на бассейне. Отзывчивый хозяин, встретил, проводил, всё показал, посоветовал магазины, рестораны. Нужна машина или такси. До пляжа в Калкане можно дойти пешком, минут 10-15, обратно будет тяжело в гору из-за перепада высот, машину у пляжа оставить особо негде. Красивейшие пляжи Капуташ в 10 минутах езды, Патара в 25 минутах езды. Вход на Патару 15 евро с человека, даёт право посетить 10 раз в течение 10 дней.

The house is very spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was clean and well prepared when we arrived. One of the highlights is its beautiful views, especially from the top floor terrace. It is a little bit tucked away from the town centre but only 5 min away from one of the beach clubs and has a couple of restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would recommend it and visit again.

Ev anlatılan ve resmedilen ile birebir uyuşuyordu. Sanıyorum 80-100 basamak yukarı çıkılıyor, ilk girişte valizleri taşırken biraz zorladı ama manzaraya değerdi ❤️ Yine açıklamalarda da belirtildiği gibi barlar sokağının yanında olması sabah saatlerine kadar müzik ve eğlence seslerinin gelmesine sebep oluyordu ama bizim ses hassasiyetimiz olmadığı için problem yaşamadık. Merkezde olması yürüyüş yapmamız ve birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşmamız anlamında bizim çok hoşumuza giden özelliklerindendi. Tekne turuna evin önünden katılabilmek büyük lükstü. Civar plajlara da çok kısa bir araba seyahati ile gidiliyor (dolmuş, taksi, şahsi araba vs). Sadece duşakabin ve tuvaletin kapısını eleştirebilirim o kadar. Ev sahibine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Thanks to Anders for this amazing apartment. I was for a week and it is the best flat which you can find for one or a couple in Kalkan if you looking for the peace, quiet and complete privacy. A wonderful apartment at the quiet Kalkan region - Kisla, which is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. On the 2 and 3 floors there were no one at home, so it was absolutely quiet for all my vacation. There is a blooming garden, sun loungers, bbq, table with chers and a swimming pool. The pool is only a 1,5 deep, but it’s 100% enough to cool down on a hot day. it is really magical how it is good. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large bed and a bed for children. I think this apartment would be great for 1, 2 or a couple with children. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The owners put a huge Welcome Pack. You can easily get from the apartment to the Patara or Kaputas beach It was a wonderful holiday and I will definitely come back again!

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!
