We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Poznań. The apartment was spacious, stylish, and very well located. The place was designed with great attention to detail. The host was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Poznań!

A great little oasis almost right in the middle of Poznań :) The flat was exactly as described, easy to find and access (it's on the 4th floor with stairs only, but it's worth it, I promise), from the initial booking, the contact with Nico was easy; he's very friendly and communicative. All the amenities listed were there, including extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, extra water bottles to start you off, and some kitchen supplies, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The flat is surprisingly quiet and perfect for work or relaxation after a long day or a spot of yoga :) You can hear the birds singing every day. The view is also really nice, if you're lucky enough to observe a thunderstorm it's a great show :D I felt really good in Nico's flat, the plants and furnishings and personal touch from custom renovations made it feel like home throughout the whole stay. The coffee shop, supermarket and pastry shop downstairs are an additional plus! Book it, you won't regret it :) Thanks Nico!

We really enjoyed our time in Poznan, especially due to the location and comfort of the flat. The flat is quite modern, but unfortunately the furniture is of poor quality. The flat has a very convenient location at the edge of the old town. You can easily walk to all restaurants and museums or take the tram/bus from across the street. Moreover you can safely park your car in the underground parking and take an elevator to your flat. Finding the intercom next to the entrance gate is a bit tricky. The only downside might be the fact that it doesn't have much privacy due to the office building right next to it.

The apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring Poznan. Bus and train connections provide quick and easy access to the city center. There are shopping options and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If you like sushi, I highly recommend the Seashell (two streets away). We found everything we needed in the apartment.

Byli jsme zde s rodinou na výletě a s ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Lokalita je opravdu výborná – v klidné čtvrti, odkud je to jen kousek jak na letiště, tak do centra města, takže je ideální pro cestovatele i pro ty, kdo chtějí objevovat město. Samotné ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a plně vybavené vším, co jsme potřebovali. Oceňujeme také velmi vstřícný přístup hostitele, který s námi byl po celou dobu v kontaktu a vše proběhlo naprosto hladce. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a určitě se sem v budoucnu rádi vrátíme. Doporučujeme všem, kdo hledají pohodlné a dobře situované místo k pobytu.

Polecam z całego serca! Piękne mieszkanie, przestronne i funkcjonalne, w pełni wyposażone, gwarancja spojnego wypoczynku w otoczeniu bujnych roślin doniczkowych, dodatkowo prawdziwy raj dla miłośników książek i gier planszowych. Wspaniały kontakt z gospodynią na każdym etapie pobytu. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane, niedaleko Starego Rynku, dworca, galerii oraz wszelkich innych punktów usługowych.

Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany, pokój był czysty i zadbany, można było się poczuć jak w domu. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo sprawny, otrzymałam wszelkie istotne informacje. Idealna lokalizacja względem uniwersytetu przyrodniczego co było kolejną dużą zaletą. Bardzo polecam! :)

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Wszyscy gospodarze byli przesympatyczni i pomocni. Pani Liliana zawsze chętnie i wyczerpująco odpowiadała na pytania oraz bardzo dbała o to żebyśmy czuli się jak w domu. Samo miejsce leży na uboczu, jest bardzo ciche i spokojne. Dookoła znajduje się bardzo dużo roślinności przez co odczuwalna temperatura, mimo ciepłego dnia, była bardzo przyjemna. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte rozważenia jeżeli ktoś szuka ciszy, spokoju i kontaktu z naturą. Ponadto leży blisko Gniezna oraz Poznania więc stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową i przestrzeń na odpoczynek po całym dniu.

Cudowne miejsce! Cisza, spokój, w samym domku i w ogrodzie mnóstwo atrakcji – od gier i kolorowanek, przez klocki, po plac zabaw, piłki itp. Dodatkową atrakcją jest ogród pełen świeżych ziół i owoców. Spędziliśmy piękny weekend i żałujemy tylko, że byliśmy tak krótko. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!

Wspaniałe miejsce na kilkudniowy wypoczynek - cisza, spokój, żadnych ludzi i domów dookoła. Trasy spacerowe i rowerowe. Niesamowicie czysty i dobrze wyposażony dom. Idealny dla 5-7 osób - jedna większa rodzina lub dwie zaprzyjaźnione (jedna łazienka). Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Dziękujemy!

Izabela was great as a host. She communicated with us in a fast and efficient manner. Her apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and it had all that was needed. I did not like there was left over food in the fridge but other people might actually like that. The place is beautiful, clean and spacious we slept very well. The apartment has easy access and walkable distance to the tram. Overall a great experience and I think I would go back.

I had the most fantastic time staying at Steven's place! Steven is an incredible host who goes out of their way to provide personalised local recommendations and thoughtful touches, like a custom welcome drawing on the door. The location is perfect - tucked away in a peaceful part of the city, yet conveniently close to the centre by foot or public transit. Steven is always quick to respond to questions and is so friendly. Finding the place was so easy, and my stay there was one of the highlights of my trip. I wholeheartedly recommend the host and the room to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Poznan.

Mieszkanie znajduje się we wspaniałej dzielnicy, która oferuje wiele ciekawych miejsc gastronomicznych. Pobyt u Pani Agnieszki sprawił, że czułem się jak u siebie. Czuć było ciepło i ducha domu. Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie, które spełni oczekiwania na wyjazd krótszy jak i dłuższy. Pani Agnieszka jest bardzo serdeczną osobą, która troszczy się, by każdy był jak najbardziej zadowolony. Polecam serdecznie!

We have a great stay at Lidia’s! The apartment looks much better than on the photos - it’s spacious, clean and we loved the interior design. The apartment is very well equipped, it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is amazing, in the heart of Poznan in a very vibrant neighborhood. We had a small issue and Lidia solved it immediately, she really cared and made sure our stay was seamless. We very much recommend Lidia’s apartment!

Agnieszka war ein sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Meine Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung war nicht weit von Poznan entfernt. Der Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar und somit kein Problem nach Poznan zu kommen. Die Wohnung entsprach meinen Vorstellungen. Leider war es ein wenig zu kühl, um auch den kleinen Hof nutzen zu können. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Pobyt u Agnieszki był super! Bardzo miła i kontaktowa osoba, wszystko można było łatwo dogadać. Mieszkanie dokładnie takie, jak w opisie – niczego nie brakowało. Mega plusem była też bliska odległość do Międzynarodowych Targów Poznańskich, co bardzo się przydało podczas festiwalu. Polecam z całego serca :)
