We fully approve of his recommendations (Mitte and Pyra Bar, two very good places to eat). The accommodation is spacious and very well located, in the center. A really nice and well-located place to spend time in Poznan. Despite the fact that we only spent time there to rest at night and refresh before returning to the fair, which was held at the same time, I can honestly recommend this place. It is a really peaceful and quiet neighborhood worth recommending 👍

Beautiful place in the center of Poznań. My boyfriend and I went to my hometown and were looking for a place to stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything, shops, restaurants and cafes all around. The Old Market Square is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is very clean, spacious and bright. A big amenity was the elevator in the building! We took the bikes we kept in the courtyard, and there's no problem. We had a great stay, I highly recommend this place!

The appartement was just as described and had everything we needed (and more). The sleeping sofa was comfortable and fitted two people well. There is much to do in the area and public transport is nearby (although old town in no more than 30 minutes walking away). Good to note is that the apartment is top floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind with bigger luggage :)

Marcin is very responsive, the house is very cozy, it's my favorite style of décor. The only flaw is that you can't charge your devices in the bedroom. Everything else is great.

The apartment was the best choice I would have. Clean and well designed. Grocery shops are a just near the corner. You feel like home staying in Piotr’s place. Long stay is possible and minutes away for my work place. The owner was responsive, the best thing you have your own parking space. Looking forward to stay longer.

Great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring—plenty of great places to eat, awesome second-hand shops, and lovely spots for walking around. Our host was incredibly responsive, always quick and knowledgeable whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

The unit is in a very convenient location. The old town is just a few steps away and transport to the other parts of Poznan is convenient. The provided facilities were clean and adequate. Some minor extras that I have found in other apartments such as wifi information (Mariusz supplied the info when asked) and soap iin the bathroom were missing. Also in the bathroom, the filling of the toilet's cistern was a bit hit and miss. The only negative was the noise from the trams and the occaisional car and bike revheads speeding up the street. All noise disappeared after 10pm. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Mariusz's apartment.

The stay at Bogumila's apartment was all around successful. The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious and offers plenty of space to relax. The central location is particularly noteworthy: In just a few minutes you can reach the market square and numerous places of interest in the area – ideal for exploring on foot. In the immediate vicinity there are also many small shops, cozy restaurants and all the important places for everyday needs. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and fully equipped when we arrived – we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable and appreciate the pleasant atmosphere of the apartment. A stay that will remain in the best memory – we will be happy to come back.

Was super happy to stay in this place! The apartment was beautiful and very ingeniously organised, and the bed (which you have to pull down from the cupboard) was super comfy! The area also is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of very nice coffee shops and vintage stores to explore close by :)

I enjoyed my stay although don’t recommend Poznań to go for a trip, too noisy.

Very cool place and clean

Great place, really worth the price:) Clean, tidy, will delight the eye of any person who appreciates architectural gems:) Małgorzata is a very warm and friendly person, she waited for us and showed us around the complex at check-in despite the late hour, for which I was very grateful to my guest 🫶 The neighborhood is very quiet, closed, with lots of charming restaurants around, and the free pool is an absolute must-visit! Recommended:)
