You have a huge living-bedroom, a cozy kitchen with vault, a small bedroom and a small bathroom at your disposal. In the garden you have a grove with shaded seating area and hammock. The house is wonderfully cool even in high summer and the real rest when you come from the heated city.

Our vacation home is located between Schrems and Vitis. We took over the house from our grandparents, lovingly renovated and furnished it as if we wanted to live in it ourselves. The house is suitable for families and groups. They are the only guests in our house. Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. The area offers countless paths for walking and cycling. Very close by, in the village of Karlstift, there is a ski lift and a beautiful natural swimming lake.
