Hidden gem in Gjirokaster, away from the noise, but walkable to the castle and bazaar. House and grounds are just beautiful and the experience of staying in a three hundred year old building is not to be missed. Plenty of beds, two tiny full baths, and an amazing breakfast in the courtyard. Just fantastic. Make sure to follow the markers to Kubeja, as gps gets a little tricky in the neighborhoods.

We were so greatful for the hospitality of Edit’s brother Tony, helping us with finding a place to park & his recommendations. We also recommend Te Kubé, (the cafe the hosts’ own).The pistachio cookie was next level!!

Zunächst einmal war der Check-in sehr flexibel und wir durften früher als sonst einchecken. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar mit einem Fruchtsaft und einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Außerdem durften wir sehr unkompliziert die Waschmaschine benutzen und die Wäsche auf der Terrasse aufhängen. Vielen Dank!

While walkable to town, driving was much more pleasant. great parking, great beds, and very clean. The host was proactive and the place was better than the photos. I highly recommend. great balcony too!

Mira is a very responsive and super available host. The lady who lives above the airbnb and manages the property is super nice as well. The apartment is as described in the listing with a beautiful castle view from the kitchen window and from the outdoor sitting area. The location of the apartment is in a super peaceful area and you can feel the calm during all times of the day. The on site parking at the premises is available as well. The old town centre is a 25-30 mins by walk but only 6-8 mins by car. (Parking in the old town centre is very difficult ) Thank you for making our stay so much enjoyable.
