Lovely cottage built in 2014. The house is well equipped and set up to make guests feel at home. The house is located in a relatively new neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the living room you have a view of a beautiful meadow, where you are lucky to see everything from buzzards to crown game. Gjerrild Nordstrand is known for the lovely beach. The holiday home has a washing machine. Dryer. It is 900 meters to the sea. Swing. Soccer goal. BBQ. Bring sheets, linens, towels. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited

Fireplace and hot air pump, WiFi, sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and living room, 1 double bed, 1 single bed (box) and a bunk bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room, 3 terraces, one of which is covered. Shelter has mattresses, good mattress topper, mosquito net, light/stream. 900 meters to great and child-friendly beach with blue flag . Large beautiful forests and a lovely path along the water/through the forest to Bønnerup, where there are cafes and fresh fish.

Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Large south facing terrace for sun lovers - but also a north facing with some more shade. 700 meters walking distance to nice child-friendly beach with nice sandy wreck/round stone in the water's edge. 500 meters to the zoo and Emmedsbo plantation, a varied forest with good natural content. Good opportunities for coastal angling.
