Beach house - just a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

House in the village

House also suitable for long stays, equipped with every comfort for remote work: Wi-Fi, workstation, fireplace, independent heating. With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center. The rooms are spacious and have unique ceilings, called "starry," typical of ancient architecture. The internal stairs are steep. Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and, due to its peculiarities, for groups of children.

Casa Riad Impluvium - La Casina is a charming residence in Salento, a very peculiar house with a pool, it stands out for its somewhat "impregnable Riad" style - surrounded by high walls - and a bit "masseria" -with its beautiful Arabian interior courtyards-. In the heart of Giurdignano, time here flows to the ringing of the bells of the nearby Church, and the beautiful inner courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy the scent of summer evenings.

Bright studio located in an alley of a small village three km from Otranto, equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, towels and soap. The kitchen is located outside, shared with another room; it is well-equipped with the essentials for cooking. Coffee and sugar are also available. Attached open space with gazebo, tables, chairs, and deck chairs. Located next door, another studio for those traveling with friends.

Beautiful apartment on the second floor of a two-story building. Central area. All windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet floor. Modern and well-made furnishings. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to find yourself on the free or equipped beach. Nearby are supermarkets (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all times of the year.

Cottage Donna Pina, Otranto center

Cosy cottage in quiet, leafy cul-de-sac in the heart of Otranto. Bedroom, bathroom (with shower), living room/kitchenette, tiny private terrace. Air conditioned. Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.

The accommodation is in a Masseria in the Salento countryside a few km from the sea of Otranto, ideally located to reach both the Adriatic and Ionian seas. It is located in the heart of the "Grecìa Salentina", a land of ancient traditions. The property has a large garden and a swimming pool available for guests.
