We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. As there are stairs down, it is not accessible. It is free street parking but date parking.

Walking distance to the sea and swimming(150 meters) Good bus connections with close to bus stop. Walking and biking distance to restaurants nearby. Close to other service. A perfect stay – even better than expected! We spent 5 wonderful days in Jeannette’s beautiful apartment and truly didn’t want to leave. The place is exactly like the photos – if not even better! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed in cozy Scandinavian style, and fully equipped with everything you might need. You can tell a lot of love and care went into every detail. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sweden – easy drives to Ystad, Trelleborg, Malmö, Lund and more. Plus, it’s just a short walk to both the beach and a nearby golf course – ideal for relaxed mornings and sunset strolls. It’s also very dog-friendly, which we appreciated a lot. One small note for fellow dog owners: the apartment is accessed via grating stairs. Jeannette informed us about this in advance (thank you!), and we were happy to carry our furry friend when needed. All in all, a truly wonderful place and a lovely host – highly recommended!

Staying at Karin's place was fantastic. The location in very beautiful and peaceful. The views from the cabin are gorgeous and the cabin has all the needs for a short stay. Karin is very friendly and was great to talk with her. Staying at Karin's place is very good in summer due to the summer deck but also can be very well enjoyed during the winter due to the amazing views. To repeat!

Very friendly welcome, Hans is always approachable and helpful. Very cozy tiny house on two floors. The fridge was pre-filled for two breakfasts! The beach is maybe 40 meters away, Hans recommended us a restaurant that we didn't have on the radar at all, which was a very good recommendation. And it's super quiet here. We will be back! Tack för allt.

Had a wonderful peaceful stay. Plenty of private space for two people with all the amenities needed for a short stay. Very comfortable bed, lovely indoor lounging and dining space as well as outdoor seating area. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient via bus to Ystad in only 7 minutes or an easy flat walk if you like walking. I would stay again.
