Huset er med opvaskemaskine, induktionskomfur og mikroovn. Der er 55” tv med chromcast og trådløst højhastigheds netværk. Prisen er incl forbrug, sengetøj, håndklæder, sæbe, toiletpapir , viskestykke og karklud. Der står cykler til fri afbenyttelse både til børn og voksne så man kan udforske området.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
