Hourtin plage/Port, Carcans Plage, Maubuisson, et Lacanau Océan. La maison offre une belle pièce de vie lumineuse, ouverte sur une cuisine équipée. A l'étage, l'espace nuit composée de 3 chambres accueillera jusqu'a 8 personnes. Elle est dotée d'une salle de bain et deux toilettes. Le jardin de 2000 m2 est clôturé.

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.
