Welcome home, a place designed to be enjoyed

House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. Discover details and features of the house's spaces and possible activities to do in the area on our Instagram: @_casaalba_ Guests can freely access all open spaces in the house; living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, study, patio, balconies and terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. On the way to the Pyrenees and the sea of the Costa Brava. The neighborhood itself has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets... PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *In front of the house is a BLUE ZONE, you have to pay at the machines during these hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM and 5:00 PM-8:30 PM *Free parking near the house, on the same street below, for example Carrer Torres i Bages (all the streets that are marked for parking have white lines). *We have a closed car park near the house. We had a lovely stay. Ideal location: direct beach access and many shops at the foot of the building. Very well appointed and crossing apartment. Spacious rooms and decent bedding. 2 sea view balconies! Responsive, available and welcoming staff. Small downsides: missing some kitchen accessories and complicated parking in season (those nearby are for a fee)

Pattaya by Interhome

For a starter we came at 10.30 in the morning and the keys ware already prepared for us. This is way earlier than a standart procedure of check-in after 16h. We always drive at night to avoid day traffic jams so this early check -in is very nice feature that more companies should offer. Very good appartement, few streets away from a very good beach. Everything was clean, kitchen has a thousand of everything. 2 toilets is a nice bonus 🥹. And the spacious balcony is great. Parking can be tricky but in the worst case you have to walk for 5min from the parking. Shopping center, supermarket and various restaurants are within a 3 to 5minutes walk. Best place we visited in Spain for the last 3 years.

The apartment is well located a few steps from the beach, restaurants, shops and activities for children. You can get everywhere on foot. You can ride bikes Scooter, skates…..beautiful beach. You can also go boating with or without a license to visit the different canals (little Venice)……We will go back.

We had a great week with our family. The view is breathtaking! Very close to the most beautiful beaches. Listing as described. Very quiet place. The fact that the pool is a shared pool was no problem, mutual respect for the people present. We recommend it!

All went smoothly - the house is beautiful, very practical and an amazing kitchen for food lovers who like to cook. It does have a home feeling which is much nicer than super impersonal rentals you sometimes get.

It was a very nice stay. The house was 1 to 1 as shown in the pictures and description. We had a problem that the electric gate could no longer open. We could just call the phone number you provided and it was resolved quickly and easily. Would recommend this place.
