The house is situated in a quiet area with old houses and is surrounded by a courtyard with sun and shelter all day. Furthermore it has a large spanish porch with garden furniture, fireplace and grill.

Denne naturperle ligger nord for Helsinge i Kongernes Nordsjælland med udsigt til åbne marker og skov. Der er 200 m. til skoven hvor der er gode chancer for at gå på svampejagt eller bare gå en tur i den dejlige natur. Det er meget almindeligt at skovens dyr går lige udenfor vinduerne. Det kan fx være rådyr, dådyr og krondyr. Du kan oplade din elbil hos os. Vi har særskilt elmåler, så der afregnes efter de dagspriser, der findes på andre offentlige ladestander.

Pack your bags and set the course towards North Zealand - more specifically Smidstrup beach, to our lovely cottage that we bought in 2006, and enjoy a nice week in quiet surroundings close to the beach (300m) 5km to Gilleleje town.

We call our house "The Guesthouse"; an indenpendent house and garden of total 2.500 m2, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area, 200 m from the beach and 4 km to Gilleleje. It is a perfect base for exploring North Zealand and Copenhagen is only a 60-minute cardrive away. This house is perfect for a laid back vacation or just for an extended weekend. All year round. The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
