Claudia is welcoming, and her house is so tastefully decorated for her guests. Everything was thought out and every detail was attended to. Just extraordinary and remarkable. Wayne and Laura were absolutely great hosts! Very detailed instructions on how to get there and get inside. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our needs! Super short ride to the gulf if you’re looking to fish. We will definitely be back!

We are a family of 6 with a toddler. We split our vacation in half, a condo by the beach and house close to the springs. Everyone was in agreement that this house was definitely the highlight of the trip. Way better than expected, pristine and luxe. We all appreciated that everything we needed and wanted was provided, but not only that, but the best of it and in bulk. Sensitive skins over here, so sensitive products were a great touch. Appliances, pots and pans -- everything was quality. The primary bed -- Oh so comfy!! Could go on and on. If we get the opportunity, which we might because so many springs are close to here, would definitely come back.

Amber’s place was the perfect spot for a long weekend family getaway for 5 adults. The surroundings are peaceful and the home, cozy but expansive. All the different indoor and outdoor living areas really enhanced our visit. Playing in the pool, grilling and listening to music on the deck, then watching the thunderstorms roll in during the late afternoons on the screened in porch were such relaxing experiences. Lots of board games were provided but unfortunately we didn’t make time to play. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals, and there were even tons of spices to use. We planned a trip up to Devils Den and it was less than 10 min away! We also went to WEC and it wasn’t too far either. However, if you’re not a fan of nature, don’t stay here. The barn cats want to be your best friend, and the occasional spider hangs out in the corner. It may be too tranquil for you to listen to roosters crow in the distance or watch the horses frolic in the pastures.

We have stayed here a few times and are very happy with the place. We are already booked to stay again!.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful property, very quiet and peaceful, felt like we were living in the treetops…and that dock was worth the price all on its own! Loved sitting there for hours watching the river flow by!

A perfect place for divers. The pole barn is the killer feature. Dealing with gear could not have been better. It's nearly across the street from Ginnie and also close to High Springs.

Great location. Close to Walmart and restaurants. Very quite neighborhood. Christmas light all over the neighborhood. The house was very clean.

What a beautiful gem in a quaint small town of Trenton. I loved having coffee on the porch and watching the birds. The bathtub was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Such a lovely cottage. I look forward to staying here again.

Heaven at the Hatch IS heaven indeed! We were completely impressed with the hosts, prior to our arrival - and left the property feeling like we made new friends! The home is spotless clean, with every comfort of home, and every convenience of vacation. So many thoughtful touches and amenities were at the right place at the right time. We spent a majority of our time on the docks and wished we were back there each time we left to town. We can not recommend this beautiful property enough - from top to bottom, beginning to end, we were impressed and comfortable. Thank you Mr.Richard & Ms.Bonnie for making our stay as wonderful as it was - we will be back!

We were looking for a place close to our family that lives nearby. We typically have to stay in Gainesville in order to have a clean place large enough to accommodate my family which is pretty far away. We saw this beautiful house listed and it was right down the road from our family. (We do a big Easter celebration every year) I reached out to Alyssa (the host) about a few things prior to booking. I received a response very quickly. Alyssa was informative, friendly And very responsive. We decided to book. Alyssa reached out several times prior to our stay which I loved. I felt very comfortable and also felt like I was very informed about the property. Once we arrived at the property, I have to say it was absolutely stunning (and that doesn’t even do it justice!) The house was so clean and smelled beautiful (which I love!) There was more than enough room for our whole family! The property was fenced in and we felt so safe. We will definitely be staying here again! A++++

Four of us ham radio ops rented the property over the weekend. Our mission was to set up radios (two Elecraft K3’s) and antennas to operate the 2025 FL QSO Party from rare Gilchrist County. Our setup and operation worked out spectacularly well! We hung wire antennas from the railings and had one ground mounted vertical dipole. We set up two stations in a bedroom and used the house wi-fi two computers for managing the logging. John, property manager helped us in so many ways…carrying equip, providing a ground for the stations, etc. John was so interested in our ham operation that he may pursue getting ham license!

Beautiful get away spot. It’s right on the river and close to the springs in the area. I can’t explain how peaceful the location is, I spent every morning by the river with a cup of coffee and it was amazing. The house base 3 separate bedrooms, one full kitchen, and another cooking area. The outdoor shower is incredible. If you have multiple couples the rate is great.

Everything was great. Location is right by the river, beautiful views from the deck as well as from the main room (can observe the water and its jumping fishes and boats right from the couch). Comfy beds, powerful ACs, newer appliances, fresh updates to the house.
