Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

This apartment is really nice. It has a big oven, soft beds and the cutest little sink in the bathroom. It is within walking distanxe of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Her Scheepvaart Museum and the shopping streets (for me walking distance means anything between next door and ca 30 minutes in one direction (it is roughly a 32 minute walk to Het Scheepvaart Museum.)) It was really useful to have access to both a washing maschine and a dryer, which meant we could travel light. The host was friendly and helpful during our stay, checked in through the message function and gave us an extra duvet when we need it.

Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

The apartment and local area were beautiful. Kelly is a wonderful host and very welcoming. It was lovely to meet her family and her sweet dog. When we visited, there was an unexpected train strike and all international trains were cancelled, including our return train to the UK. Kelly went out of her way to help us with somewhere to stay. Travelling into Amsterdam was so easy. The buses are very frequent and super speedy. Staying at Kelly's place was the perfect retreat after a day of being in buzzy Amsterdam. Highly recommend ⭐️

We had great days in Lemmer. The apartment is clean and tidy and located right in the center! We will be happy to come back.

Laurent is a fantastic host: helpful, always ready to give great advice about his neighborhood and beyond, and super quick to respond to messages. We asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out so we wouldn’t have to carry it around all day, and he was happy to help. On the first day, he even welcomed us with some snacks and wine, and there’s also coffee and tea available. The house is a typical Dutch home, so the stairs to reach the apartment on the third floor are narrow and steep — a great way to stay in shape! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The little terrace is really lovely . the neighborhood is a great place to stay: full of shops, bars, and restaurants. It’s well connected by public transport (line 4 takes you to the city center and line 3 to the museum district), but you can also reach the center with a 25-minute walk. This was my best experience with Airbnb. I absolutely recommend it.

A super nice cottage that is attached to that of the hosts. Nice and quick contact with Lind and Victor. We found the place to look bigger in person than in the photos. She added the coffee and everything looked neat! Recommended!

My stay at Erik's Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The location was ideal, nestled in a lovely neighborhood yet close enough to all the attractions as well as transportation. The space itself was immaculate, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Erik and his home.

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Very specious two bedroom house with large kichen and bathroom. Everything you migh need during your stay is probably already there. Private parking lot and nice back garden are a plus. Annie was super polite and responsive. Home made jam was delicious. If we visit the same reagon again, we will definatelly come back.

Wow, what a lovely rustic location. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The tranquility, green surroundings and privacy have done us a lot of good. The pool was a delight and felt like a true wellness experience. Maarten was a very likeable host. We will definitely come back more often!

The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organization and communication was just great, so we felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske right away.
