We discovered our cottage by chance in 2019 & with enthusiasm and a lot of love for detail into a feel-good place in the beautiful Westerwald. (March 2020-August 2021) It is important to us and especially to me (Janine, a trained hotel specialist) to help other people rediscover the small and big things, moments & beauties in life closer again. Our place is close to beautiful meadows and hills, ideal for relaxing, hiking, going offline.... You'll love our Lydi-Hütt' because of the location, because of the little something extra, and the surroundings of our beautiful Vogelsberg. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.
