Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City East, which I use myself during the week for project work in Munich and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann and Apotheke are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other interesting gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.
