Hello, we are a family-run property in Hannover Messe near. Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from where you can watch the pigs in the open-air while showering. On our estate there are many other animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that means the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, running ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place to grill or a campfire.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is located in the village Hasede between Hildesheim and Hanover. With the optimal connection by the B6 to both cities, the apartment is a good starting point. Especially for exhibition guests, it offers a quick connection to the Hannover/Laatzen exhibition center (by car about 13 min). In addition you are within a few minutes in the nature. The forest "Haseder Busch" and also the "Osterberg" invite you to relax.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Welcome to my cozy, quiet attic apartment on Moritzberg. The 1-room apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped with everything your heart desires. It is wonderfully suitable for weekend commuters, trade fair guests and fitters for single occupancy, but also for short stays from 2 nights with a maximum of 2 guests. It is a non-smoking apartment suitable for allergy sufferers, but not barrier-free.

The apartment was only completed a few years ago in the extension of a brick house and creatively renovated in 2020.
