Vacation rentals with beach access in Giens Peninsula

Ludovic is a fantastic host who provided us with clear instructions and helpful local tips. His apartment is well-equipped (full kitchen, washer and dryer, wonderful terrace) and was perfect for our small family. The bed was large and very comfortable and, though there was only one bedroom, we put our toddler’s bed in the living room and used a black-out tent over it so he could sleep soundly. The beach and a nice restaurant are right across the street and there are big supermarkets within a 5 to 10-minute drive. All of the main beaches and sights are within a short driving distance. If we come back to Hyeres we would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay! The accommodation is in a great location, close to everything you need. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm and available. I would highly recommend it!

A charming apartment with a great terrace. We were located very close to the bus stop, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were quality. The booklet of instructions and recommendations for hikes, restaurants, tours was very complete. (We particularly enjoyed the Jeannette restaurant in Giens). Communications with Anita were easy and enjoyable.

Alice was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean accommodation and steps from the beach. Olivier was very flexible and responsive and recommended all the activities to do in the area. The air conditioning in the apartment is a real plus!!

The studio is lovely, small but perfect! it is a quiet area, close to small centre with shops &restaurants. Best part is it really is 100yds to the beach (which is quiet, and v pretty, but NO shade). There are steep stairs to the studio which might not be good for everyone.

Great place right by the sea and beach. Bead is super comfortable and a wonderful apartment.

We had a great stay with our two kids. The house and the garden is absolutely lovely. Thank you very much for having us. We would love to come back.

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We had a pleasant stay at JJ and Christine's place. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the pool, gardens, bocce court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. I highly recommend

Great accommodation for sharing family moments out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces more on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station on the port 8 min walk.

We had a great week at Joelle and Régis's, who are very welcoming. The place is beautiful, the studio is very functional and very well located with plenty of things to do and visit nearby. A big thank you to them and looking forward to coming back next time.

The apartment is very well equipped, close to the pier for the boat. The residence was quiet (April) with lots of greenery. That's lovely. And you can see the sea from the balcony!

Very nice studio close to the beaches

We had a very nice and relaxing vacation, the location is exceptional, 14 steps to the sea. The apartment is clean and well equipped, suitable for a family with 2 children. Everything is available for the beach, loungers, umbrellas and tables. The environment is beautiful with many excursion possibilities. In low season, it is very quiet. The sea is fantastically turquoise and quiet.

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.

Very clean and welcoming apartment, the neighborhood was very quiet, not too far from the beach by car. That's great for two. I recommend it.

A cozy place with a beautiful sunset view. The two small bedrooms are on the east side and it is very hot in the summer. Also keep in mind that there is a covered parking space with a height of less than 2 m.
