You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Our 2nd home - 5km away from our grandchildren. The whole house for you. Everything renovated and refurbished. Since 2020/21 also with: New 85-inch TV, a great soundbar, new fireplace - and an 11Kw / h EV charging station. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Our beautiful apartment (70 square meters) is quietly and idyllically located near the forest. To enjoy the picturesque Volcanic Eifel, hiking on the Eifelsteig (stages 7-8), the Krimi hiking trail, the rock and Celtic path and in the Lampertstal. The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.
