Our unit offers free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and full kitchen. Fresh linens, towels, iron/ironing board, and washer/dryer can be found in spacious closet. Bedroom has Queen bed, desk, and each room has Amazon Fire smart TV w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps A small patio is located off living area, with seating and space for pets.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
