Zum Bahnhof braucht ihr von der Wohnung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Im Hinterhof findet man im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Frühstücken. Es befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. Shower and bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired.

The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”

Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
