Farm Stay

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. It provides ample space for to stretch out, relax, swim in the brand new pool, play, explore and enjoy the many amenities this North of Austin community has to offer. Enjoy the whole house to yourselves with pool, hot tub, & fire pit area on the back patio.

Perfect location, perfect for dogs. Best fenced yard in Old Town, backs to SouthWestern University. Historic Georgetown Square is 1/2 a mile away. Near the 29 and a 3 minute drive to the 35 and 130 inner loop. Front house: Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bathroom, TV room in the front house. Back unit (called bedroom 3 in the listing - extra cost), has desk and a full bed (no running water in office). Can add another full size sleeping setup.

Set on heavily wooded acres. Close to dining, shopping, downtown but also tucked away enough to unplug and relax. Hike to the San Gabriel River or take a short drive to Georgetown Lake. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - removed during summer and burn bans. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
