House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Velkommen i vores hyggelige trætophytte, bygget af genbrugsmaterialer - 6,2 m over jorden. Hytten har udsigt til markerne, er isoleret, har el, varme, te-køkken og en komfortabel sofa, der bliver til en lille dobbeltseng. Nyd de to terrasser og rindende vand i trætoppen og toilet med håndvask nedenfor hytten. Mulighed for tilkøb: Morgenmad (175 kr/2 pers.) - vildmarksbad (350 kr) eller ét af vores 2 udendørs 'escape rooms' (150 kr/ børn, 200 kr/ voksne). Kalender åbnes løbende!

This lovely home is 147m2 ground floor with an extra approx 20m2 in the basement within a beautiful Victorian House from 1894, boasting high ceilings. Large sunny private garden with wooden terrace and chairs and table. You'll love the convenient location within walking distance/cycling distance of local amenities, including shops, cafes, the Experimentarium, and the train station for easy access to central Copenhagen.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
