I totally recommend it!

We spent the weekend at Rocco’s house and were pleasantly impressed. The trip was for my husband’s birthday, and Rocco had made a special effort to decorate the place and welcome us with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. It’s always wonderful to feel truly welcomed! The house was clean, lovely, cozy, and exactly as described! There’s a restaurant, a 24-hour shop, and a bar nearby—something for everyone :) The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We felt right at home! Many thanks to Rocco for his hospitality—we’ll definitely be back!

we were with our family of 4 adults in Jean-Louis' house. The house is located just outside Mamédy. From the balcony you have a beautiful view. Upon arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Jean-Louis. He gave us a tour of the house and gave tips about the area. The beds were made. Everything is in the house and you can use everything. The bbq was also ready, including the charcoal. Thanks to the good weather, we gratefully made use of it. We didn't lack anything and we had a wonderful weekend! Very much enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful location. Beautiful house, beautiful garden, good reception. The wellness was wonderful! Here and there a small flaw but nothing that could spoil the fun. Everything was also provided for the baby. For peace and relaxation, or hiking or cycling, this house is top notch.

Beautifully located house, with both indoor and outdoor space too over for our group of 12 people. Erik was easily accessible and proactively sent us in advance to arrange some practical matters. Definitely recommended for the price!

The property is perfect for families with children, play and exercise facilities for young and old. The amenities are exemplary, plenty of dishes and all kinds of cooking utensils, large and cozy dining and living area. If you want to find something negative, then it is the noise, but with small children it is also good if you hear what is going on.

we stayed with a group of 7 couples. reception and communication with Herman was very smooth and easy. view beautiful. garden with various seats. parking space sufficient and nice storage room for the bikes. nice spaces to eat and entertain. actually no on or comments. highly recommended. gr André

The property is absolutely unique and wonderful. It has been built with a lot of love for detail and really, in my opinion, very luxuriously and with high-quality furnishings. The location in the middle of a pear orchard guarantees absolute peace. Everything really worked out here. The kitchen has equipment that is FAR above the standard. You can drive to many attractions in less than 20 minutes from there. A vacation I'll never forget. I will definitely come here again. Thanks for that

A fantastic house, with plenty of space, with separate playroom for the children, at the edge of the forest. Large dining table: when can you enjoy a meal and each other with 12 or even a few more, at 1 table? We love the fireplace and the fire bowl outside. Wonderful that we could dive into made beds and communication with host went well. All in all: Highly recommended!

We had 3 very nice days in this home with a group of friends. Julia and Renaud were always available to answer questions. Communication was super nice and we got a response really quickly. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos! We felt comfortable The area is relatively quiet. But everything is available in the accommodation for a good time. For an extra charge, we were able to get bed linen and towels, which were then ready for us directly upon arrival. Thank you for the wonderful stay !

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

Great weekend spent with the family for my sister's 35th birthday. Spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, dart and board game available that made the experience super nice, large indoor and outdoor table to eat with a large group, large outdoor lounge with pillows, 2 barbecue, bocce. Everything you need is available in the listing. Great location 8km from Durbuy. Small downside, Stairs a little dangerous, you have to be attentive to the steps, and a sauna was not functional during our weekend we may not have been lucky. Small details that didn't stop us from having a great weekend and we'll be back for sure! Thank you again to the host Mathieu who was super nice, accessible and above all flexible on arrival and departure times which allowed us to be comfortable with small toddlers and a few children. Really great for a family stay or a stay with friends👍🏽

We have enjoyed our stay in the very spacious home. The layout with a spacious living room, a dining room with large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen was perfect. All bedrooms were spacious with very good beds. Location of the house is beautiful. Beautiful view of the valley where you saw the deer walking. Beautiful hiking area. We made good use of the hot tub and pool billiards. The contacts with Jelle were also positive. Always a quick response.

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. We have had a great stay over the weekend

Great place, we stayed for the weekend with a group of 8 adults, 3 babies and two dogs. We really enjoyed the pool and garden. Bedrooms were big enough and we really enjoyed several spaces in the garden where we could sit, chill and have a bbq.

very beautiful and nice location for a somewhat larger group. wonderful large garden where the children could play wonderfully! delightful, within walking distance of the supermarkets and some restaurants. Playroom with table football and table tennis is also great fun! we enjoyed it!

Very nice house for families, open kitchen (overlooking the garden when the children play), large living room with terrace access, nice pool. We felt very comfortable, the communication was very good and fast. Note for families with small children: there is a spiral staircase, so you should be vigilant, but otherwise it is not a problem. I highly recommend the place!

Ramon's place was great. Accurate to photos and description. Very nice setting, clean, tidy. The host and staff are very friendly and responsive. I recommend it!

Beautiful house, very lovingly furnished. We would have loved to have stayed longer! The communication was great and we were warmly welcomed and guided through the house. The pool was even usable at 23 degrees outside temperature, that was a nice surprise ✨

We stayed for a few days and had the most relaxing time ever. The apartment was very clean, very spacious and had clear instructions on how things worked.

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also don't find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but overall the location is recommended. There is plenty to experience in the area, especially for children.
