Vacation rentals with a patio in Genipabu

Very nice and safe apartment in a great location in Natal. I would have liked to give 4 stars just for the fact that there is a small * right at the end of the listing indicating that you are responsible for the energy spent during the stay period. Upon arrival you must take a photo of the meter and when leaving as well, and then the calculation for payment is made. At first when the photo was requested, I imagined it was for the owner's internal control, but I got this "mini scare" after we left the apartment and I verified that there really was such an * in the listing. The amount was negligible, 2% of the amount paid for the stay, but I would suggest simply calculating the average guest expenses and adding it to the daily rate so as not to have this mini post-stay setback. Or make it more evident that the calculation will occur. I didn't take off stars so as not to harm the listing of the beautiful apartment option in Natal, but here's my opinion.

The space is great, large, airy and comfortable, the balcony area is very large and has a beautiful view of the sea, it is larger than it appears in the photos. For those with pets, the house is super safe, it's difficult to escape. Many shops nearby, we found everything without needing a car. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk and is great. Easy access to the tourist attractions of the city of Natal (by car). Miriam was extremely kind and attentive to us, she answered all our questions quickly. I highly recommend it, and I will certainly return whenever I go to Natal and the region.

The little corner is extremely comfortable and cozy and easy to access. Communication with Regma was very smooth, where she made herself available at all times for questions and needs. I highly recommend it! 🥰

We had a wonderful stay in Cotovelo, Maré Balé! The accommodation was excellent, with an amazing leisure area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying every moment. Everything was very well cared for and organized, which made our experience even more special. We would especially like to thank Chris, who attended us with great attention, sympathy and affection — it made all the difference! Definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

An apartment that delights us from the start. Very good bedding, everything tidy, great shower with hot water. Everything as described on the website. Very well located, it has a beautiful view of the sea, only one door was missing in the bathroom of the suite, other than that we love everything. I highly recommend it

The Loft is simply spotless! I stayed with my fiancé during the new year and it was the quietest thing in the world. The environment was all organized for our arrival, all very clean and tidy. We had everything at our disposal, pots, crockery, appliances, plus it is clear from the air conditioning and television. The acoustics of the place also surprised us a lot, we didn't hear anything from the outside and everyone was super respectful, it's a really private place. The surroundings are also quite calm. I would definitely stay again, I felt at home, Anderson is to be congratulated! The site really delivers to what is available. 😉

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to have a good stay. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.
