Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

Charming cottage for this former seventeenth century windmill tastefully restored, built on a large fenced garden and decorated with a shaded terrace. In the building, you will find the entrance-kitchen on the ground floor (including, among other things, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine). On the first floor, a nice living room (large screen TV and sofa bed), then a master bedroom on the second floor, with toilet and shower space.

Old house ( without garden ) located in the village of Genillé, close to Beauval and Chenonceau ( 20 min ), futuroscope ( 50 min ). Proximity to many Châteaux of the Loire and Touraine. Loches, Montrsor and Montpoupon 10 minutes away, Amboise 20 minutes away, Chaumont/Loire 30 minutes etc... The accommodation of about 90 m2 consists of a ground floor and two floors, ideal for 4 people but can accommodate 6 people.

This farmhouse, which is also our secondary residence, is located in a small hamlet in the countryside, close to the prestigious sites of the Loire Valley and Cher (Chenonceau 15 km, Royal City of Loches 12 km and state forest 6 km, Montrésor, Amboise, Chaumont...). Fields as far as the eye can see and birdsong for company. The interior decor combines old-world charm with contemporary comfort.
