Vacation rentals with lake access in Geneva-on-the-Lake

We’ve stayed here for several years now for a family event. Bill is always welcoming and checks in regularly to see how things are going. The small fenced area is perfect for my dogs, and in addition there’s plenty of room on the property to walk them. The home is BEAUTIFUL, with plenty of space. There are multiple parks nearby with walking trails as well.

Wendy's Lakehouse was exactly what my husband and I needed for our mini-retreat after our daughter's wedding. We were mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted when we arrived; but after a couple of days of complete quiet and privacy in the house, walking and laying on the private beach, listening to the water, watching the sunsets, and basking in the fresh Lake Erie breezes: we felt restored and refreshed. The only thing that disappointed us was that we couldn't stay longer... life rolls on! 😅 Within hours of our arrival we were making plans to return- next time with our 4 sons- as soon as possible! We even were dreaming about bringing future grandkids in years to come! 🥰 Thank you, Wendy, for providing this peaceful retreat!

The house was lovely. It was very clean and nicely designed. Everything you needed to cook, make coffee, or just comfortably hang out at the house was provided. The beds were comfortable as well. It was located very close to the lake so you could easily make your way down to the beach. The host offered a bottle of wine before arrival. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This was a GREAT place to stay while in the area. The house itself felt like home, plenty of amenities and good space to work. The walk to the beach and ice cream parlor was a nice bonus.

GREAT PLACE! Elijah was wonderful - answered my questions immediately. This house was terrific - had everything one needed.( I especially liked that he had plenty of Kleenex boxes. ). 😊. Most places we’ve stayed at had NONE! We will always return to this home when visiting Conneaut. It was perfect.

The cottage was super cute and even nicer than the pictures. Very clean. We had everything we needed! The view was beautiful and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again! It’s a mile from the ‘strip’, so it’s drivable, even walkable (we walked :). Highly recommended!!

We were very happy with our stay! The view of the lake is gorgeous so make sure to take advantage of the porch and deck. The porch is private but the deck is communal but we had it all to ourselves. The bathroom is beautifully remodeled and the shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfy and the space was very clean. There were two of us and it was the perfect amount of space. Location wise, it's not far from Geneva On The Lake and a bunch of local wineries. Be prepared to drive though as there aren't any Ubers around. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

This was the best place I’ve rented. It was cozy, comfortable, clean. Overlooks the lake, the host made the stay warm and welcoming. Provided a bottle of wine and made himself available for anything we needed. They even provided spices for cooking and cream and sugar for the Keurig. Lots of places don’t do that, we end up buying sugar and cream from a store and never use it all. The decor was so lovely, and the place was well designed and put together. Lots of lights and plugs!! The first night was a little chilly outside but there was an electric fireplace that provided great warmth and ambiance. Check in was a breeze, we felt safe. It had two bathrooms which was great!! I will be booking it again for future stays.

This is my second stay at Bryan’s rental and it was just as good as the first time. It’s a great location - close to Ashtabula Harbor and Conneaut Township Park. Easy to find, quiet location, but close to some local restaurants.

Newly remodeled, spic n span clean. Ellen was very nice and even fed me dinner. I’ll be booking again soon.

It was such a beautiful place to stay. It looked like it was straight out of a magazine. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Love the small touches like a sign designed by a child that said listen to Harry Styles. Perfect place to celebrate a retirement of a teacher of 35 years

We were very happy with our stay. The house is walking distance to the Geneva-on-the-Lake lodge which was perfect for taking the wine shuttle. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will plan to come back again!! David is a great host. He is very responsive and accommodating. He even went the extra mile to add special touches to the house for our stay. Thank you David for a great visit to Geneva-on-the-Lake!

Very cute place to stay and enjoy the view through the dining area window. My friends and I enjoyed playing board games, grilling, and having fires. Lake is swimmable and looks clean but we did not swim with the weather being very cold. Overall a very quaint place to stay with lots of nature (and birds) to take in and enjoy.

House was clean and cozy. The backyard was beautiful with nice grassy area for dog. I stayed M-Th so the bar next door was not busy or noisy. Internet is fast. I had to work a couple days with no issues. Friendly people and good food for small town. Had oysters from Noosa Bistro and coffee from Julbeans. Walked to the Fairport Harbor Lakefront Park everyday. Walked my dog to Veterans Memorial Park. Visited Headland Dunes State Nature Preserve.

This little cottage was perfect for our quick holiday getaway. Nearly everything was provided -linens, plates, bandaids - even toothbrushes if forgotten. It’s located right off the main strip making it an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and playgrounds. The front porch is cozy - at night you can sit and hear all the live music pretty late! Thank you Thomas for your hospitality!

Very cute , well decorated, clean, simple decor and relaxing. There really wasn’t a beach. The waters edge was hard to get to. The view was to die for. Saw a ship and a couple of beautiful sunsets. Wish the weather had been warmer to sit out and wash the water and the waves. I felt the price was a little high. To me that was a beach accessible price. Not dissatisfied with the house itself just the water access. I would book again.

We love Molly’s little cottage on their wonderful farm. It is so peaceful and the surrounding area is so beautiful and private. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a more well equipped kitchen….anything you could possibly need is provided! The hosts are so friendly and responsive, while also completely respecting your privacy. We definitely hope to stay again in the future. Truly one of our favorite airbnbs! =)

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage is super cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet. We had everything we needed and there was even a little cabinet with pet supplies. The location is perfect if you’re looking for some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were plenty of trails for hiking within a 15 mile radius. We would definitely stay again.
