New solar home close to both lake and downtown

This was our third time in Geneva for an HWS reunion and the question of where to stay always gives us pause. Do we stay closer to downtown? Further away on the lake? Nearer the school? Consider the question answered for any future reunion. If Brian will have us, we'd love to stay again. It's minutes from the bars and restaurants of downtown, and a short walk to school. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio in the morning with our Bagels & Cakes bagels, and in the evening with a cocktail. We almost stayed there all night instead of participating in the activities. It is that cozy.

We had a great stay at Melanie’s place! The place was immaculately clean and looked exactly like the photos. Super easy check in/parking and a great location that’s literally steps from downtown Geneva and a short walk to the lake Melanie was a great host that made things easy. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area, thank you!

This is a lovely, tranquil spot south of town. Great location if you plan to explore around the area and right on the lake. Had everything we needed!

House is as described. Very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Neighborhood felt very safe. Short walk to grocery store and pretty walk to the lake and downtown area. Hosts were very responsive and provided helpful input and area recommendations. Would stay there again if our travels brought us back to a Geneva!

Came here for a girls' weekend and we LOVED this Airbnb!! It's a perfect blend of historic, charming interiors with modern touches. It was so spacious and pretty, and the location can't be beat! It's steps from downtown with lots of restaurants, wine bars, and cocktail spots, a very quick walk to the lake and HWS, and alongside beautiful row houses. Amy was also an incredible host! She responded right away when we texted asking if we could check in early (to which she said absolutely) and she allowed me to leave my bags later post-checkout! Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Jennifers apartment! We had a wedding to go to and Jennifer was very accomodating and let us check in early so we could change and get to the venue on time. The apartment was larger than I expected and full of light. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. I was also happy to find there was AC and it was already running so the third floor apartment was nice and cool. There is a large parking lot next door that made parking and unloading very easy! Maybe the best part is that this apartment is right downtown and you can walk to everythjng Geneva has to offer. I had never been to this city before but the waterfront is a short walk away (2 blocks) and the downtown with tons of shops, bars, and resturants is right down the street. Others have complaines about the stairs and they are pretty steep but for two youngish ablebodied people they were no problem to get up and down. This is a really great spot!
