Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The linens and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

Our stay here was incredible! The house completely exceeded our expectations, it’s honestly even more stunning in person than it looks in the photos. Every room was spacious, clean, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Delfina the host was very friendly and very responsive which made the experience stress free. The pool was amazing, definitely our favorite part. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and enjoying the space. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chill and nice getaway.

The house is as shown in the pictures. The only thing missing is one more TV in one of the rooms, since there is only one But all 10! Clean and very nice pool. Charcoal and electric grill. Everything was impeccable. I'd go back

The accommodation is in line with the price and the photos. Clean and comfortable. The only thing that can be is the town style that uses locks, but it's part of the trip. Having mdq there just for dinner or doing some daytime activity, you practically don't rub anything. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. You can hear the frogs at night. You sleep really well. Juan is very understanding, he gives you tips on beaches, places to eat, etc. Check-in is very easy too. You do everything yourself. Back

The truth is that the house is very nice and met all expectations. It is in one of the best areas of the city. In front of a beautiful square. The house and the rooms are very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were more than comfortable. It has space to store 2 cars inside the property. But nothing happens outside. All rooms with LCD TV. Wi-Fi patio with grill. Highly recommended. Super attentive host. We had sheets and towels. Excellent place. We hope to return. We went in winter and the house was super warm.

Mercedes responded quickly whenever we wrote to her, her apartment is cared for with a lot of love and it shows in every detail, we felt right at home, the mattress was very good and comfortable, also the impeccable linen, everything seems brand new, we will definitely return.

We were delighted with the apartment, the area, it exceeded our expectations. Just to say something, the bed was a little small and the mattress may need a change, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.

A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata has to offer. Juan was always in touch with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket one block away and, of course, the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with my boyfriend for a weekend and it was amazing. The place had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They brought us a fan and blankets because the weather changes a lot from one day to the next. One detail we really liked was the presence of card games and recommendations for places to go. Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable. It is completely the same as it looks in the photos. 10/10

The place is very well decorated, I was comfortable in all its spaces (kitchen, bedroom and living room). The luminosity is remarkable, it is not necessary to light during the day and the sunset is composed with warm lights that give it the home touch. For two people it is perfect.

Unbeatable location, the view is dreamy! The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying yourself. Ale Roby communicated immediately and was willing to clear up all doubts. Loli welcomed us and advised us on places to walk, gastronomy... a lovely person! We would return without hesitation.

Agustin's place is ideal. It is in an excellent location, right in the center, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Despite being in the city center, it is very quiet. At night you can rest excellently. It is fully equipped and super comfortable. Your host has been attentive to anything we might need. We'd definitely be back. Recommended!

Everything was excellent! We were able to rest very well. Everything is very clean, in perfect condition. There were more things than you really need. Very nice area. Inés is very loving and always ready to help us with any questions we may have about the house. I would repeat the experience! A luxury!
