South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

While I was at Heidi and Dieter's place, I felt like I was being taken care of by a family. They He made coffee for me, and Heidi even cooked my food for me, who didn't know how to use the tools! The room was so clean, warm, and comfortable. Each of the furniture and accessories in the house had a beautiful color combination, and it was fun to feel their taste. The room has a large window and balcony, and the window shows blue greenery. It was a very peaceful time when I ate while listening to the sound of birds on the balcony. Thank you for your sincere help for 3 days!

Simple room (5 min Goetheanum)

the accommodation is very simple but I found it very pleasant that the shower and toilet are in the same room and you do not have to share them with others. The very cheap rate also fits that I could park on the property. The parking fees for this period would be at least 40 francs. The garbage separation works great: organic garbage can be disposed of directly on the compost pile in the garden. Furthermore, paper, plastic, glass and aluminum are separated. I was greeted and said goodbye to very nicely in person and there was also a small conversation regarding the seminar that I attended at the Goetheanum. all in all: highly recommended.

Jessica and Michael are very nice and accommodating hosts. The property is ideally suited for a visit to Basel. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has very good public transport to the city. The nearby supermarkets are very quick and easy to reach on foot. I highly recommend Jessica and Michael's place!
