Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gémozac

Charlene's accommodation is very nice, very well equipped to accommodate families of all ages. Charlene is very responsive and friendly. We liked the area and our nights in the accommodation. The housing environment is shared, without bothering the neighbors. 3 cars can be parked there.

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

Very nice house even in winter! Lots of things available in the kitchen in particular but also boxes of tissues etc ... The decor, the atmosphere of the house and garden allow a zero stress stay

Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great time at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, a short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time and so did the adults! Thank you so much for hosting us and for this beautiful relaxing time. We recommend it without hesitating!!!

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. A second stay, which once again didn't disappoint. The light and the view are beautiful in all weather, the beach of Pontaillac is both beautiful and friendly. The apartment is through, the room is in the back, quiet.

Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Superb stay in a quiet and peaceful environment, beautiful house, spacious, renovated and carefully decorated. 6 very large rooms with very comfortable bedding. Perfectly suited to a large family like ours, there were 14 of us. Ideal outdoor area with pool at 26°C and Chalet in the very well appointed garden with fire pit where we spent most of our meals. The house is ideally located within walking distance of Ronces-les-Bains. Lionel is very friendly, available and flexible with check-in and check-out times

We had a wonderful time with the family. The house is large, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with a large outdoor terrace and a very nice swimming pool. You can do everything on foot, from the beach, to shops and restaurants. We spent 5 very intense days there. Thank you Danielle. 😘

Patrice was very welcoming and very responsive on arrival and adaptable to our requests (early check-in and late check-out). The accommodation is very well equipped. Quality bedding. The pool, trampoline, Nordic bath are ideal for young and old. This is the home of Patrice and his children, you must be aware of this at the time of booking.

Lovely period house the gardens, pool and gym were ideal for us as we were an a family holiday and ages ranged from 9 months old to 70's. You definately need a car though even for going into Saintes as we found that public transport and taxis aren't available in the evenings
