Please note: The interior staircase is somewhat steep, as is typical of old buildings.

Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

In the midst of the "3B cities" of Bönnigheim, Besigheim and Bietigheim-Bissingen, at the gates of the Stromberg, we warmly welcome you to our quiet, cozy basement apartment in Löchgau. The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

The basement apartment is right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which can be reached from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment nur 4 km entfernt vom Schloss LUDWIGSBURG und dem schönen italienischen Marktplatz, mit dem barocken Weihnachtsmarkt, gemütlichen Cafés und Restaurants und vielen Shops. Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

Das gesamte Haus wurde im 1. Halbjahr 2019 saniert und die einzelnen Apartments individuell und mit viel Kreativität und Passion für Sie eingerichtet, so dass Sie sich hoffentlich wohl fühlen werden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine Schlafempore und einen kleinen Balkon (2m x 2m). Ein Schlafsofa steht zur Verfügung, sollten Sie nicht in luftiger Höhe schlafen wollen. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

HIKE 🥾 Hike right outside the front door. Many hiking trails lead along the Niedernberg. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Ring the bike right outside the front door. Very close to the Enzradweg and the Neckartalradweg. You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage, and there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
