excellent accommodation not far from where you need to be. a bus stop 50 m away and another one 150 meters away with a frequent service. Sabrina was always very happy to help an extremely responsive.

Amazing accommodation! Felt at home. Best place to stay as a family or group of friends. The host was super welcoming that they came for picking us up in the train station and drove us to the accommodation. Thoughtfully planned bubbles for children to play in the garden. Great kitchen if you love cooking. After a long time I found an AirBNB that has fully equipped kitchen. The host was super friendly in sharing suggestions and tips!

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. The stay was fantastic all around! Check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible – just as you would like. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The place was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate – a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool – perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We visited our family nearby and were delighted with the beautiful location , the nearby swimming lake and the very friendly and easy interaction with Jan, our landlord, who also welcomed our dog into his apartment. We found it wonderful that we did NOT land in front of the TV for a week in the evening (because there is no one there) . A very relaxing and relaxing stay, thank you.

We felt more than comfortable at Nadine and her family's place. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! We were already greeted with lovely little touches and were able to experience very kind hospitality throughout. Nadine was always super accessible and made our stay as relaxed as possible. We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We got many and good tips for things to do in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is in a quiet neighborhood that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Great place to stay with mountain views. We were able to feel comfortable right away. Mario could be reached quickly if there was something. The hot tub rounded off our vacation. We would always choose the accommodation. :)

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.
