Village house of about 110 m2 on 3 levels in the center of Dompaire. It is 15 minutes from Epinal. The accommodation consists of a ground floor with equipped kitchen and living room with bar area for eating. On the 1st floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and a bedroom. On the 2nd floor there is a mezzanine, a bathroom with toilet and a 2nd bedroom. The accommodation consists of 2 staircases that aren't suitable for small children. Ceiling height 2.10 m

The apartment sits in a house, located in a quiet little village. The nearest town (Dompaire) is 5 minutes away and has all the amenities. We are 25 minutes from Epinal (city of the image with the museum of imagery as well as the Departmental Museum of Ancient and Contemporary Art), 15 minutes from Vittel and Contrexéville (spa towns, casinos, lakes, hikes...) and 15 minutes from Mirecourt (Museum of lutherie ). It is totally independent with its own private entrance.

Away from noise and hustle, plunging into nature, on our 13 ha property , surrounded by floodplains and forests. The house was built in 1773 by a glass maker dynasty, and has been lovingly renovated. We are rustic and stalky on the road. Our forest lake invites you to swim and the forest to be. Very close is the Druid Valley, with relics from that time. And more: private source, rich mushroom population, large fenced park. This is le Tolloy.
