In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
