Our time in Vera's little loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. Vera's warm nature made us feel right at home. The accommodation is super clean and designed with creativity, love and craftsmanship visible in all corners. It is really very cozy and because of the lots of upcycling and the beautiful location exceptional and close to the nature. Despite the rain, we sat in the covered outdoor area for a long time and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the crackling rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. My little son and I stayed at Christiane's place for one night and felt very comfortable. Everything is very clean, in the living room there are great entertainment options (games, TV, etc.), quiet area in Nettetal and even a great roof terrace. Highly recommended! Bonus: You can buy honey from your own beekeeping directly on site ;)

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great for those who want to visit Toverland.

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

Very good communication, in the apartment there was everything you need, check-in with key box, parking in front of the door, comfortable bed, good shower and in the kitchen there was everything you could need. The apartment is very quiet and the nearest public transport stop is a 5-minute walk. Very friendly and helpful hosts who also provided enough information material about the local things. I'd love to come back.

Hello Nicholas! I will recommend your apartment. The furnishings are very modern and everything was clean. The highlight was the little garden where you could comfortably drink a beer. Due to the quiet location, there was also relaxation for the short stay.

My parents, who stayed in the beautiful apartment for two nights, loved the stay. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They especially liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy decor. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

Relaxing weekend with warm care I booked a weekend to just unwind – and it was just the thing in every way. The place was super clean, very cozy and equipped with everything you need. I would like to highlight the personal and warm nature of the provider. You felt welcome from the first moment. Everything was straightforward, friendly and organized with a lot of love for detail. We were mostly traveling as a couple, one night also as a foursome – thanks to an extra bed, this was possible without any problems. A completely successful stay. I will definitely return!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Had a very nice long weekend. The host was already waiting for us on arrival, a very friendly woman. Could always go to her if anything came up. We missed an umbrella after an hour it was there. Great.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Anyone who values the opportunity to watch TV should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My mom and I felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was available for daily use. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The garden with terrace is a beautiful little oasis with beautiful plants and with cozy seating. Guiseppe and his wife are very warm , friendly people. I felt at home. If we come back to Oberhausen, I will definitely choose this accommodation again ( hopefully free again at this time) . Was really very nice there. One of the nicest places that I have ever stayed in Krefeld. Beautiful views from the balcony and which was so peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed in a good location.

It was a very nice stay at this home. We were able to relax well and felt comfortable right away. If we had any questions, etc., we could always get in touch and we were very warmly welcomed. The apartment itself was very clean and exactly as described. There is nothing to improve. We would also come back a second time. It's definitely worth a visit.

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The room features a spacious roof terrace. Each window has a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to air out after a hot day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!
