Vacation rentals with a patio in Gefira

We had a great time. The location is ideal because close to Monemvasia and just above a beach very good for swimming. In addition, the view from the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is very functional and all our exchanges with Anna went very well. A special thank you to the family who had occupied our home just before and left us chocolates to feed our Easter egg hunt.

Beautiful apartment, modern and clean. Parking on the road was not an issue. The balcony had great views.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mari’s guesthouse! The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, outside terrace with sea view and bbq, comfy beds, washing machine, walk-in shower. Takis was very friendly and accommodating, meeting us in all our needs! Location is good, peaceful but just 5 min drive to the bustling boulevard of Githio. Nearest beach is beautiful and walkable. Would for sure come back!

The unit is in a strategic location, adjacent to the touristic part of the town, close to all facilities, but in a quiet area. The patio represents a huge plus. Finding parking at a convenient walking distance is not too difficult.

Superb apartment, very clean, very well appointed and equipped. Virtually new. With amazing views of the small bay. We recommend!

Nikh's place in a small but very cozy apartment, enough for our family of four, right by the mediterranean sea, the views are spectacular and the amazing balcony was my favourite spot of the house, Nikh was nice and the lady who lives next door was incredibly warm and welcoming, helping us when we arrived, she didn't speak a word of English but with the help of Google translator we managed to get our message across, it was definitely worth the visit and if we ever go back to Gythio, we know where we will stay again! Thank you for everything Nikh.

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful traditional house to stay in Karavas village, near Amir Ali Springs. The house itself is clean and peaceful and has anything anyone would need in their summer vacation. We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's house. It's a beautiful stone house in a peaceful location and walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The sunset views from the terrace were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Airbnber’s beware. You only have one chance to message the host, if you want to communicate further you have to book. We were trying to find a better internet connection. Not knowing I couldn’t message Ioanna more than once I didn’t get a chance to ask her further questions on this. So we had to book. Once we were there we found out it wasn’t adequate for video conferencing. We only stayed about 10 minutes and left. So my beef is more with Airbnb, and I will be taking this up with them. Now I realize this is a business and altho I guess I didn’t expect her to refund me, I think at the very least the cleaning fee should have been refunded.

Martha and her mom are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is wonderful and spacios and located perfectly to arrive everything within a couple of minutes. I can really recommend to stay at the place.

AMAZING, clean 2 bed room in a great location. Vivi is a top notch host and the place was perfect. Dedicated parking spot, ultra modern kitchen and bathroom with brand new AC units. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Monemvasia. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We spent 6 weeks there and loved every minute.

Beautiful renovated apartment, very clean. Very responsive hosts. Well-equipped kitchen. Fresh eggs upon arrival. Butter, honey, water, coffee available. Near a pebble beach, very swimmable. Everything was perfect. Recommended.

Very easy interaction with Foula. Extraordinary welcome!!!! Large apartment very clean and very well decorated. It really has everything you need! We enjoyed a large and very comfortable terrace! Foula spoiled us a lot: a bottle of white wine with peanuts, raisins, pistachios, and so on. To all this, there was a large basket of fruit , treats, coffee, jam... Private parking in front of the apartment. A huge thank you Foula. Don't hesitate, you will be delighted!!!
