lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Just the perfect stay in a very spacious, clean and well-appointed villa. The large terrace with the gorgeous view of a the Mediterranean is unreal. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Caroline’s place gave us more than we expected, everything about our holiday was fantastic, the house was perfect in every way possible, the two pools, the streams running through the gardens where so relaxing and very well presented. The views from the solarium were fantastic, also everything you could need to relax in the sun are provided to a very high standard. You are a 2 minute walk to a small bar,5 minutes walk to the large supermarket that provided everything that we needed.10 minutes walk to a lot of bars & different restaurants in La Fuente. We stayed for ten days at Caroline’s and that was the only down side of our holiday, we could have stayed way longer. We cannot recommend Caroline’s place highly enough & we will certainly be booking again without hesitation. 10 out of 10

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

Maria looks great! She arranged for both check-in and checkout! The apartment is 15 minutes from the center but there is everything nearby (supermarket, bar/restaurant, pharmacy and the beach). The view from the apartment is perfect and the apartment matches the description. I highly recommend it!!

Charming, they took care of us wonderfully from the beginning, and the questions we asked during the stay were resolved very kindly. The house was very comfortable and had the ideal characteristics for what we needed (it was a family trip, and it was very close to the farm where we went to a celebration). Note that although there were parties in the village, the house was isolated from the noise and we were able to rest without any problems. Very grateful. Best regards.

We’ve stayed at countless of airbnb’s and this is one of our favorites so far. My partner and I really recommend staying here. It feels like home, it’s convenient- close to grocery stores and beaches, and it’s calm and clean. The two stories and balcony also make it feel very spacious. Five starts!

We had a fantastic stay. The host was very quick at responding and immensely helpful. Always happy to help and nothing was to much. Beautiful home, great pool. Quiet neighbourhood but only 2 minutes drive to shops, bars, restaurants. Spacious home, with plenty of dishes, utensils etc. Lots of seating inside and out, sunbeds, beach towels. Couldn't fault it. No hesitation in recommending, would def stay here again.

Spacious villa in a quiet area. We had a great time. Some small issues, but the host responded quickly and fixed everything ASAP. We had a great time. Walking distance to golf course with restaurants and supermarket, but recommend other guests to have a car or electric bike for the possibility to move around in the area.

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.
