Die Wohnung ist 130 qm groß und sehr gut gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten fussläufig vom Rheinenergie Stadion entfernt. Nur 7 Minuten zu Fuss zur Bus und Bahnhaltestelle, man ist in 15 minuten in der Kölner -Innenstadt. Decksteiner Weyer ist in direkter Nähe und fussläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt, 2 Bäckereien und einige sehr gute Restaurants. Sehr großes und sonnendurchflutetes Wohnzimmer. Große Badewanne und separates WC. Ruhige Wohnung +ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.

In your bedroom you have plenty of space and a small work area. In our family house you have your own floor. There is a bathroom with shower and bath. There is no kitchen in the apartment. Instead, there is a coffee machine and a kettle with the most necessary kitchen utensils.

Allen positiven Bemerkungen meiner Vorredner kann ich mich nur anschließen, besonders hervorheben möchte ich die besondere Lage am Rhein. Dagmar is een super aardige en warme vrouw. De kamer was goed en schoon en de omgeving rustig. Het stadscentrum is lopend te bereiken en dichtbij is de tram/metro, die je overal naartoe brengt. Heel tevreden en zeker een aanrader!!!

Ich habe mich tatsächlich schon von den Beschreibung her in die Unterkunft von Marc verliebt, und sie hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Eine Urlaubsoase in gepflegtem städtischen Milieu. Die "Naturstube" ist sehr praktisch und bequem durchgestaltet. Die äußeren Räumlichkeiten, Außendusche und Gestaltung lassen speziell für naturbegeisterte Biohacker wie mich keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, dass ich Familie kennenlernen durfte, und abgesehen vom Kölner Dom und der wunderbaren GSAAM-Konferenz ist die "Naturstube" auf jeden Fall ein Grund, wieder einmal nach Köln zu kommen. Vielen Dank, dass ich mich hier zu Hause fühlen durfte.
