The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Check in was easy. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for the stay. Plus, the location is great, relatively central and surrounded by hotspots. The landlord is very accommodating just as it should be. Overall an absolute recommendation. When you book the apartment here, you don't go wrong.

Host was amazingly attentive and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire stay. Location was fantastic with utilizing public transportation. I would highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

This was a last minute booking, but Fatih was responsive to our request for previewing before booking. Nice Apt with views of the water, pool spa amenities available in Raddison for additional fees. Waterfront Park and jogging/running path. Free parking spot for the car. Will rent again if Istanbul again.

It was spotless and very beautiful

I highly recommend it. Very nice view and very nice house, everything was clean and beautiful, kitchen appliances etc. were nice and clean, only the pans were underlined, but the wooden spoon solved the whole problem:) Apart from that, everything was very nice, the jacuzzi and the view were incredible.

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

We had amazing time here. It was exactly as described. We loved the terrace. We loved the neighbourhood. We liked watching the men fishing and the boats on the golden horn. The apartment is next to a tram station which is short distance to the Hagia Sophia etc. The local restaurants are also very close and good quality. I highly recommend staying here.

Communication with the host was easy. I always got a quick response. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was very close to Istiklal street. Ideal location for sightseeing.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.
