Vacation rentals with lake access in Gavleborg County

I‘ve never slept so close to the sea. Awesome! This house is posh and affordable at the same time. I have to come back to stay a bit longer! Try the Restaurant. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

We went to a concert in Sandviken and Veroniqa’s place was the closest to it in Gävle. Everything was in a walking distance, even the buses and the train stations so we had an easy time going to and from Sandviken! Her place was very clean and exactly like in the photos! She was also kind enough to pick us up from the station and show us everything in the apartment! She was very very kind and always responded fast🥰 If I ever go to Sweden again I would definitely like to stay at her apartment again💗

Excellent information! Sparkling clean! An airy and very spacious apartment with a completely open floor plan, one staircase up. Comfortable beds. Fresh bathroom. A beautiful natural pool in the garden. There is a lot that the host provides (games, bicycles, etc.) that is certainly good for families with children. Dogs welcome and nice little road for walks. We just made a short visit, but will gladly come back!

Madelein was a great host ,she was always available. The lovingly furnished accommodation had everything we needed. We especially loved the large green area in front of the accommodation, which we used every day. For breakfast overlooking the river and in the evening after fishing for grilling. I miss this wonderful place already and hope we can come back soon

I booked the stay for my parents and grandparents. They enjoyed it very much. A beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the lake and very nicely decorated on the inside. For my grandparents it was super nice that everything was on the ground floor. The stay ensured that they had the most beautiful holiday. Thank you Thomas and Martina! 🙏

We stayed at the cabin for 5 nights with our two kids aged 8 & 10. It was absolutely perfect! Even better than the photos. The lake setting is stunning. Our highlights were the sauna and jumping into the lake as well as chilling out with the beautiful view afterwards. The house is equipped with everything you need. We highly recommend and hope to return one day.

What a magnificent house and location! It’s beautiful and absolutely stunning. We were quite unlucky with the weather but it didn’t damper our stay whatsoever. We have beautiful memories from this house and we would love to return on our next visit!!

Ronny is a very nice host. He was very helpful with all my concerns - SUPing on the lake, questions about the house. The place is clean and tidy and close to the lake. We felt very comfortable here!

The hosts couldnt have been more helpful and kind. The rental cottage is so adorable and the area is amazing for hiking. Set right by a beautiful stream that is over looked with the bedroom terrace.
