The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. Attention: Currently we can only welcome vaccinated or recovered guests (2G) Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

Wer Natur und Ruhe braucht, liebt diesen Ort. Die Wohnung liegt im Fünf-Seen-Land in einem kleinem obberbayerischen idyllischen Dorf. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, ruhig und mit viel Natur umgeben. Es ist eine Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang ist umgeben vom Garten. Ca. 5 - 10 min. braucht man mit dem Auto zu den Seen. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Bitte unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen.

Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants, Cafés, Biergarten , Pizzeria, Mc Donald, Tennisplatz , Badesee zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Bus: 100m (fahrt 10min zur S-Bahn) S-Bahn: in 20min im Zentrum von München.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.
