This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

Essentially it’s Latvian Bathhouse with beautiful view to share with your close ones. If you want to you will have chance to experience traditional sauna (additional + 50 EUR, there is also outside hot tub available + 60 EUR (can use till 23:00)) and take a fresh swim in a clear pond next to bathhouse. Spacious & modern wooden house is located next to the road A2 (E77) - Riga and Sigulda are 15 min away, Gaujas National Park ~ 30 min drive. All house is very well equipped and is at your service (except one room) as well as barbecue facilities outside, table tennis, berries, mushrooms, garden, fireplace, fun & more :) Usually guests are not bothered by the road, but please be aware of existing transport sounds, so this is a place in the nature with some urban touch.
