Wonderful villa and place. We had everything we needed, all we had to do is just enjoy the villa itself and absorb the nature. All bedrooms were well prepared, towels, plenty of pillows, clean, great size bathrooms, also spotless. Kitchen well equipped, pool towels. The garden is breathtaking, loved that there are 3 spots available for dining. 2 pools are incredible idea and everyone enjoyed possibility to choose outside or inside one. Absolutely gorgeous place. Staying at Laura's place again is always a good idea. She's a fantastic person, always attentive to what's needed. We went with our 13-year-old dog without any problem, as she is part of the family and we don't leave the house without her. Laura never objected despite being an American Staffordshire Terrier (we already know the stigma that exists with these breeds). We threaten to come back for the 😉 third time. Thank you so much Laura for leaving us such a nice and quiet place to rest and disconnect. We are grateful to find such a nice place to stay, in such a quiet and well-equipped place ❤️

Very cozy and beautiful house, it was not missing details. What we liked the most was the hot tub and fireplace. They're good to disconnect. Lorena is very attentive and answering all our doubts. Highly recommended. We will repeat 100%.

Diego is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with on Airbnb! He allowed a very flexible check in, he is wonderfully communicative and friendly, and very energetic. His country home is a labor of love, and perfect for a family to stay. Unique experience about 10 minutes outside Setenil de las Bodegas, as he has chickens, turtles, turkeys, and all manner of produce growing. The showers were hot, the beds comfortable, and the kitchens well stocked. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing. The one thing is about the third bedroom/loft; it is a VERY short ceiling, so our third couple (who are on the taller side) preferred to sleep on the sofa bed. Would certainly recommend Diego’s home to anyone and would return.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Casas de Almajar in July of 2024. My 7yo daughter and I were there along with friends, for a total of two adults and 2-3 kids at any given moment, ages 6-10. This accommodation was perfect for us. The house was cozy and stayed relatively cool during the very hot daytime hours (plus there was an A/C unit we could use when needed). We prepared most of our meals at the house and found that easy to manage with the supplies on hand. The pool was definitely the highlight of the location: it was pristine and extremely pleasant during the hot days. We spent hours there every day. The house is located uphill from most of Prado del Rey so you need to be prepared for some steep, hilly walking when you stay here, but it was only a <5 min walk to the main pedestrian walkway (lined with bars and cafes) or the town square. Juana was very helpful with local information and suggestions, from supermarkets and restaurants to nearby hiking trails. A great place!

We had a wonderful time at Mireille and Jose's Airbnb. It is about 20 minutes' drive from Tarifa. If you are a nature lover and love animals, this is a great place. Every day we received a visit from a different animal. The cottage is not super big, but has everything you need. The shower is very nice. There is also a beautiful place with a small swimming pool where you can enjoy the view and cool off. Communication with the host was super nice. If anything comes up, you can reach them and they will be there for you. All in all, a very nice place in the south of Spain.

We had a fabulous few days with the family. The hosts are very attentive to taking care of us, and attending to any needs. The house is full of many details, which made it a real vacation home, (pool toys, hygiene products in the bathrooms, kitchen equipment, protection against insects, candles, and a long list of good things). Clean, nicely decorated, warm. They greeted us with village bread and local oil. Definitely excellent.

This is our second time staying at this villa. It is a very beautiful area and so peaceful. We can happily ensure we have all we need and not leave the place. Lise is amazing. She looks after the place so well and when she has been to clean pool or water the plants you don't even know. She comes very early so as not to disturb but if you see her have a chat, she is a lovely lady with lots of knowledge!

Walter and Sabina have a dream cabin. It's a beautiful and very peaceful place. The hosts welcomed us and were always charming. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a little peace. We are already looking forward to repeating!

Our family of 8 enjoyed staying at Juan's charming & rustic home. If you are looking for a modern Airbnb, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Ronda, where you can enjoy beautiful views from your deck/patio/private pool & enjoy family time...then this place is for you. When you are ready to leave your comforts of home, you can drive to two of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia: a quick 10 minutes to Ronda or 25 minutes to the amazing & unique Setenil de las Bodegas. Juan's place has all of the comforts of a mountain home, complete with views of endless stars at night, 2 full bathrooms, enough room to sleep 8 comfortably & two air conditioning units (1 in the main bedroom & 1 in the living room) to keep the house cool. There is no AC in the 3 downstairs bedrooms, but since the rooms are on the bottom floor, they stayed cool at night. Our boys also loved the resident neighborhood cat, whom they named "Sunflower"! My girlfriend and I stayed at Jarandalus for 5 days, looking for a peaceful home in beautiful surroundings, and we got exactly that. The house and gardens are amazing, and the views are breath taking. The home feels luxurious, and Salvador and Isabel were warm and welcoming when we arrived, and Salvador was available and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The barbecue was excellent, the pool was lovely, and we greatly enjoyed being in the grounds of the house. The location has fantastic views and is close to several small towns, and only 30 minutes from Ronda, so is convenient but is at enough distance to give a peaceful and quiet stay. This was well worth the money, we loved our stay, and hope to return some day in the future.

We had a great time staying in Frank and Luisa's beautiful cottage! It is located on a private property which offers a lot of peace and space. The cows walk loose on the road to the farm, very idyllic!! The cottage is a bit old but very clean and maintained! Really gives the rural atmosphere. The garden and swimming pool (breathtaking views) are very well maintained and really lend themselves to unwinding! We went to visit the village of Tarifa, this is really a great village with the most beautiful beach in Europe that we have seen! In Los Barrios and Algeciras we found the dining options a bit gloomy, but maybe we should listen to Frank's advice, haha! The hosts want to help you with everything, very nice! Thanks for the stay!

Thank you Pepa you were a warm and helpful host. Pepa was very responsive to messages and answered all of our questions about the Holy Week processions in the village and how and where to watch. We loved the house. It’s modern, clean and very well stocked. The rooftop pool deck was fabulous and we had a lovely afternoon up there during our stay. The views across the valley are amazing. It was a delight staying there. Lots of space and light. Very peaceful and quiet. And of course the views! So nice to be out on the terrace. And even the view from inside the kitchen was amazing. Very big kitchen. And a very comfortable bed.

The house is great, we had an amazing time. It is perfect for families with kids as the garden is huge and it is not in the crowd of the city but it is close enough to do all the activities and discoveries. We definitely recommend !

A really great stay! Perfect location to relax away from the noise but a quick drive to Marbella if needed. The place has all the amenities you need and the private pool is great. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful ten days! We loved the cottage with the well equipped kitchen, the views and the outdoor space. The house has both heaters and air conditioning, but during our stay we didn’t need to use either. Really enjoyed walking up into the village and into La Janda. Tanja kindly provided fruit from her garden with some breakfast treats. Great stay!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The location to some tourist points such as Ronda or the Caminito del Rey was great, the terraces of the property and the pool great. Also inside the house is equipped with attention to detail, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped. Thank you very much for the great time!
